Ricky,

I've also checked within the 1SC admin area and there is no way to remedy this issue. With any luck 1SC will fix it quickly, as per Michael's post.

Thanks,
Ed

Ricky,

We work really hard at 1ShoppingCart to listen to all our merchants; it's one of the reasons why we're so popular.

None of our merchants need any 'pull' or special connections to get through to us, just talking to our Support Department is enough! (And it's now toll-free to boot!)

While we can't always implement every change suggested (we receive dozens every day!) we DO look through all of them and implement as much as we can.

Unfortunately, because of the volume of work we are actually doing what may seem like a small change doesn't always translate into a 'quick' change.

In this particular case, we've had a task open to fix this issue for about a month, and it WILL be corrected. But you're going to have to hang in just a little bit longer...

Hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions!

I've always wondered what the difference was -- figured it was simply different naming conventions of different financial institutions.
Thanx very much Ricky.
