Meet Ricky Breslin
Ricky Breslin has transformed himself from a college dropout to a full-time marketer and consultant.
He has consulted and masterminded with the leading marketers in the world and now helps others achieve their goals of becoming top performers in their niches.
Ricky’s rise to the top wasn’t an easy one. He grew up as the middle child of five in Choctaw, OK. He attended college on a golf scholarship at St. Gregory’s University but failed every class during the first semester.
At that point, Ricky's parents gave him 90 days to move out of the family home, so he took a general maintenance job at Oklahoma University for $7.00 an hour and moved into his step-fathers house in Oklahoma City.
Then, in 1999, Ricky enlisted in the United States Air Force and was sent to San Antonio, TX, for six weeks of basic training. From there he traveled to Biloxi, MS, where he trained for Radio Communications. In 2000, Ricky moved to Hampton, VA, and was stationed at Langley Air Force Base where he worked in Military Satellite and Tactical Relay (MILSTAR) for five years.
In 2005, Ricky was stationed at Charleston Air Force Base and worked in Combat Crew Communications. That same job later took him to Al Udeid, Qatar, and Sembach, Germany.
Ricky eventually went back to college and earned an associates degree in Information Systems Technology at Hampton University; however, 2001 was a turning point in Ricky’s life. That’s when his passion for sales began and his focus shifted. Prior to that, he aspired to qualify for the PGA Tour, but his love of advertising, sales, and marketing became the driving force in Ricky’s life instead.
In 2003 Ricky co-founded a successful hair styling business with his wife selling instructional videos, books, and other training materials to aspiring hair stylists. They took the business to the Internet in early 2004 and haven’t looked back since.
Ricky and his wife initially began developing and selling products from their 750 square-foot apartment until they could afford to mass-produce and warehouse their inventory. Their tenacity paid off. To date, their products have shipped to more than 52 countries worldwide!
Ricky has since separated from the Air Force and now teaches others how to achieve their personal and professional goals. He enjoys helping people and wants to work with individuals who are serious, committed, and willing to break the habit of complacency and live life by their own rules.
Ricky’s students learn more than just marketing theory; they also discover how to get real-world results with his proven strategies.
Although Ricky continues to inspire entrepreneurs from all walks of life to achieve their dreams, he credits these individuals for influencing his marketing, advertising, and life strategies:
Maxwell Maltz - father of Psycho-Cybernetics
Jay Abraham - world--renowned marketing mastermind
Robert Cialdini - author of Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion
Tom Hopkins - the builder of sales champions
Zig Ziglar - author, renowned salesman, and motivational speaker

Dale Carnegie – author of How to Win Friends & Influence People
David Ogilvy – author of Ogilvy On Advertising
Stephen Covey – author of 7 Habits of Highly Successful People
Kenrick Cleveland – the master of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Ricky’s expertise is not just a result of independent study. He has worked with some of the top minds in the marketing industry and has also learned through his own trial and error. Today, Ricky’s love of making the sale is influencing other entrepreneurs to achieve new heights.
Over the years, he has spent more than $250,000 on direct response marketing/advertising education, business education, self development, and consulting services. In fact, he continues to spend $10,000-$30,000 per year on marketing education so that his students don’t have to.
Ricky lives in Summerville, South Carolina, with his wife and two children. He is also inspired and motivated by his best friend, mentor, and pastor Michael Witts. Ricky sums up his life work in this way:
"Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established." - Proverbs 16:3
